An established industry player seeks a Business Process Owner Demand Planning Intern to join their vibrant team in Paris. Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Business Process Owner Demand Planning Intern for 6 months from July to December 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will support the Business Process Owner (BPO) Volume to Value and Allocation and you will focus on the Allocation part for the Brand Companies of the group.

Your key missions:

  1. Support the implementation of new allocations (Letter Of Intent, Value Added Pack/ Limited Edition platforms)
    • You will transition affiliates from MyAllocations platform to Anaplan ensuring data accuracy and consistency across EPM systems and modules.
    • You will support the implementation of Pernod Ricard's new EPM system and the integration plan for its modules, as well as migrate the allocation change request tools to Anaplan.
  2. Support the Allocation Dashboard improvements
    • You will revitalize dashboards by integrating and analyzing supply chain and financial KPIs into the dashboard (e.g: real demand, inventory, sell-in, margin rate, etc.).
    • You will conduct allocation and profitability-based prioritization analysis tailored to affiliates business context.
  3. Support creating a central monitoring dashboard for LOI, VAP/LE allocations
    • You will enhance the allocation Power BI reporting.
    • You will support the implementation of the Supply Chain Infinity allocation use cases.
    • You will support the valuation process and best practice on Anaplan for the affiliates.

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • You ideally have a first experience as a PMO.
  • You have really good command of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
  • You speak French and English fluently.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
