The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Architecture & Store Experience Director and will work closely with both HQ and Regional teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and follow-up of all maintenance interventions, minor works and refresh projects, at a worldwide scale.

The role ensures consistency, efficiency, and strategic alignment of maintenance processes globally.

The Maintenance Manager will have a strategical role in the definition and sharing of the Maintenance Strategy in collaboration with the Regional Project Managers (EMEA, AMERICAS, GREATER CHINA, KOREA, JAPAN & SEA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee performance in terms of cost, quality, and timelines
  • Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of external consultants, contractors, and service providers
  • Oversee administrative, and legal aspects related to maintenance activities

Lead an internal maintenance team and manage a network of external suppliers supporting store operations.

Detailed responsibilities:

1. WW Maintenance Management

  • Develop and implement the strategic maintenance roadmap (schedules, interventions, priorities)
  • Feedback and reporting on maintenance performances and requests
  • Administer and optimize the WW ticketing system
  • Ensure coordination of maintenance works across HQ and regional teams
  • Coordinate boutique refresh projects in collaboration with the Design team and suppliers, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and brand compliance.
  • Performance and budget monitoring through Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Support sustainability and energy efficiency strategy.

2. EMEA Operational maintenance

  • Oversee maintenance operations and minor works for Flagship in Place Vendôme (Paris), in coordination with Hospitality team, General Services, Security, Retail team, Landlord.
  • Oversee maintenance operations, minor works and refresh works for Boucheron stores.
  • Manage maintenance budgets (forecasting, consolidation of OPEX/CAPEX)
  • Lead and optimize the ticketing platform.

3. Procurement, admin, legal maintenance aspects.

  • Build and maintain a qualified supplier network for maintenance across regions working with Procurement.
  • Collaborate with Legal for drafting and reviewing maintenance contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a coordination lead for store closures, in alignment with all departments involved.

4. Leading the Maintenance Culture

  • Ensure consistent application of global Maintenance Guidelines
  • Training retail teams and managing the relations with the store managers to collect and list the issues and the need of improvement with the dedicated ticketing tool
  • Review the Maintenance implications during the planning and design development of new stores pre and post opening.

Profile:

Technical skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Facility Management, ideally within luxury retail
  • Master’s degree in architecture or engineering
  • Strong project management and technical skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Office Suite, AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented

Languages:
