**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking an HR Manager for France, Monaco, Spain, and Portugal to join our dynamic team in Paris.

  • Responsible for all HR activities with a focus on talent acquisition, people development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Represent the brand values of Bottega Veneta and engage employees in promoting excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Retail Manager, and Store Managers to support HR-related business needs.
  • Implement HR processes aligned with regional people strategies.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for store staff and corporate roles, including recommendations for hiring.
  • Establish partnerships with educational, university, and commercial institutions related to the luxury industry to build a pipeline of future candidates.
  • Guide employees through onboarding, probation, and integration processes.
  • Coordinate training plans with the local Retail Trainer.
  • Manage disciplinary actions in partnership with store and retail management.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including performance management and policy adherence.
  • Utilize reporting tools to analyze business metrics and recommend adjustments to increase sales and profitability.
  • Monitor monthly headcount and budget evolution, liaising with the Compensation & Benefits Department on costs.
  • Prepare annual salary reviews and bonus payouts.
  • Assist in budget and forecast preparations.
  • Coordinate with the Shared Service team regarding payroll, administration, and recruitment.
  • Manage expense control through forecast and budget processes in collaboration with the EMEA HR Director and Compensation & Benefits team.

**Who you are:**

  • Extensive experience in a similar retail HR role.
  • Passionate about people management and HR activities within retail environments.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Experience managing relations with CSE.
  • Proficient in Office applications.
  • Autonomous and responsible within your scope.
  • Effective stakeholder communication skills.
  • Dynamic, stress-resistant, proactive, with problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in French and English, both at professional levels.
