We are looking for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and confident across all areas of deck maintenance. A strong team player who is equally comfortable sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and continuously developing their own skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, and the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities and make decisions independently when required. This opportunity would suit: • An experienced Deckhand from a larger vessel looking to take the next step in their career. • A Mate from a smaller vessel seeking to progress into a larger program and take on greater responsibilities.
