We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key points to note:
- This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.
- Preferably, candidates should have a background in B2C marketing.
- Availability during EU hours (GMT) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and verify daily financial transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts.
- Bring books to trial balance stage.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze account information.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain a chart of accounts.
- Monitor budget variances and report issues.
- Assist in developing accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to manage financial figures and records.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Customer service and negotiation skills.
- Experience with e-commerce and inventory systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of international financial regulations is advantageous.
