Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'études supérieures en Mécanique, Électricité ou Énergie.
• Expérience professionnelle de 1 à 5 ans dans l'industrie.

Responsabilités

Main duties and responsibilities

Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company, with more than 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites all over the world, as our Boiler Operator.

Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:

- Monitoring, management, and operation of the site's energy installations. You are responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and modifying the parameters according to the needs of the production lines and other variables inherent to the site (temperature, humidity, pressure, power, etc.);
- You ensure the optimization of combustion parameters (management of flow rates, fuel supply, etc.);
- You carry out daily rounds of the installations, detect and solve technical problems (mechanical, electrical), address safety issues, and participate in the improvement of our installations.

Requirements

Our perfect match for this role is someone production-oriented, highly reliable, and able to work under pressure.

To be our future Boiler Operator, you must meet the following prerequisites:

- Sense of responsibility, reactive and dynamic, sense of initiative and autonomy, team spirit;
- Minimum 2 years of higher education in Mechanics, Electricity, or Energy; knowledge of electromechanics, automation, natural gas, and renewable energies is an asset;
- Professional experience between 1 and 5 years in the industry;
- Knowledge of French; German will be considered a plus;
- Organization according to a 4*8 rotating work rhythm.
