Description du poste

Adoc Talent Management is looking for a Board-level multi-physical system engineer / Cable arrangement (M / F) for a leading global ICT company specializing in Cloud and AI, telecommunications, consumer, and mobile businesses. The company is a well-known multinational corporation, and its research center in Grenoble is responsible for advanced technology research and development of ICT products.

Missions

As a Board-level multi-physical system engineer / Cable Arrangement (M / F), you will work with an enthusiastic hardware engineering team to solve technical challenges in board-level engineering.

You will be located at the expanding Grenoble Institute, where you will be tasked with building next-generation hardware board-level engineering solutions, including multi-physics modeling and simulation of complex module reliability, cable management simulation modeling technology, and in-situ nondestructive testing technology.

Your main Responsibilities will include :
  1. Exploring cable management simulation modeling technology based on ICT product sub-racks, analyzing cable management (considering mechanical and bending stress) in complex product scenarios, and gradually expanding to high-speed signal, stress, and reliability requirements.
  2. Technical development tasks of cable simulation tools.
  3. Providing technical insights into the cable management domain and incubating new technologies.
  4. Collaborating with local and Chinese teams to solve challenges and participate in the preparation of specifications and design documents.

You will initiate projects with external partners and/or contribute to conferences, etc.

The position offers a wide range of tasks and promising career prospects for candidates with a strong network in the field and specialized technical expertise. It is available immediately as a permanent position (CDI) in Grenoble.

Profile

You hold a Master's degree or higher, or a PhD, with good knowledge of mechanics, flexible system integration, multibody interaction including friction and adhesion. You have multi-scale and multi-physical field simulation modeling capabilities including electrical, magnetic, thermal, and mechanical aspects and their implications on high–speed signal integrity.

You also have general knowledge of cable simulation modeling tools (such as IPS) and industrial multi-physical simulation modeling tools (such as Comsol), including the comprehension and implementation of governing equations. Good knowledge of material properties and their implications in the simulation flow is required.

The ability to work in a group and individually is required, along with the ability to work within a diversified team.

You are passionate about technology, driven by curiosity, and motivated to make substantial contributions in your area of expertise. You are fluent in English with excellent intercultural social and communication skills, and you excel in working within international teams.
