Qualifications

• Expérience réussie en sécurité défensive (SOC/CSIRT), de préférence en sécurité cloud.
• Capacité à comprendre des scénarios complexes et à proposer des solutions.

Responsabilités

• Suivi et surveillance des événements de sécurité en temps réel.
• Coordonner les actions de réponse aux incidents et proposer des mesures correctives.

ENTER THE GAME

As a Blue Team Operator, you will be part of a dedicated cybersecurity team focused on incident investigation.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your main missions will include:

• Monitoring: Track and monitor security events in real-time
• Analysis: Interpret and process security alerts
• Incident Response: Coordinate incident response actions and propose remediation measures
• Forensic Analysis: Conduct in-depth investigations to identify root causes and attack scope
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance SIEM processes and tools
• Threat Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging threats and attack techniques

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We seek passionate, curious professionals who bring kindness and enthusiasm!

This role is suitable if you:

• Hold a degree from an engineering or IT school, or equivalent
• Have successful experience in defensive security (SOC/CSIRT), preferably in cloud security
• Possess strong analytical skills, capable of understanding complex scenarios and proposing solutions
• Have hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR solutions
• Have skills in log analysis, forensics, reverse engineering, or threat hunting
• Are proficient in scripting (Python / PowerShell)
• Speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If shortlisted, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you'll complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, cognitive reasoning). About two weeks later, you may take a technical test or work on a case study to present to Alizée Murat. You will then meet Sofiane-Maxime, your future manager, followed by Alizée Murat. Finally, Maxime will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results. The process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
