Vestas in France is looking for candidates to join their special tasks operation department focused on blade repair and maintenance. This role involves monitoring activities, inspecting blades, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Monitor blade maintenance processes and activities.
• Inspect operational level of assessed blades.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality procedures.
• Conduct on-site repairs following internal maintenance procedures.
• Carry out administrative work related to operational reporting.

Region MED / SBU MED Service / Special tasks Operations.

The special tasks operation department takes care of blade repair and main components repair up tower.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities related to Blade maintenance processes
• Inspect and assess the operational level of the assessed blades
• Administrative work followed by hours, working conditions and operational reporting
• Act according to safety rules and quality procedures related to blade maintenance activities, from awareness to the audit process, to ensure service level agreements and compliance with regulatory procedures
• Know the blade repair processes, assess the complexity of the repair, carry out on‑site repairs with technical expertise and internal maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering certified by the BZEE certification if possible
• A degree or a first professional experience as composite material technician and / or wind turbines maintenance technician
• Knowledge of technical English (written/spoken) and familiar with the Office Pack

Competencies

• Working with composite materials
• Wind turbines experience as Service or Construction technicians in Vestas or non‑Vestas Turbines
• Working in confined spaces and at heights over 100 meters
• Technical English
• Comfort working remotely in a Turbine as part of a team with limited supervisory interaction
