Level Infinite, Tencent's global gaming brand, is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development & Influencer Partnerships Intern in Paris. You will help identify partners, prepare pitches, monitor trends, and coordinate campaigns with marketing and esports teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, or the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic analytical skills and interest in learning how to interpret campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying potential partners, brands, agencies, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in gaming, esports, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and esports teams to support partnerships and campaigns.
• Maintain internal documentation, reports, and partnership trackers.
• Source and evaluate influencers and content creators aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and representatives.
• Coordinate influencer and celebrity campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Support creative integration of influencers into marketing campaigns, events, and in-game activations.
• Assist with campaign performance tracking and post-campaign analysis.
