Teads Inc. is offering a Sales Marketing intern role in Paris for 6 months, joining a fast-paced team to plan and execute client-facing events and brand activations. You will support informal relationship-building moments, coordination with agencies, and on-site event logistics.

The internship provides hands-on experience in event planning, swag management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Studio teams in a dynamic Adtech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent program, with a major in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Advertising, Hotel Management, Event Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing activation and client experience.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interest in the Adtech / Digital Media ecosystem.
• Fluency in French.

Responsabilités

• Informal client engagement & relationship-building initiatives with agencies and advertisers.
• Assist with organization of venues, bookings, and guest invitations.
• Coordinate with external providers (venues, catering, technical services) for smooth execution.
• Handle food and beverage reservations and guest confirmations as needed.
• Support larger client events and agency activations requiring structured planning.
• Coordinate event materials and services (roll-ups, branding, kiosks) and on-site logistics.
• Support post-event follow-ups, debriefs, and feedback collection.
