Job summary

Pernod Ricard, based in Paris, offers a 6‑month GLOBAL TALENT & PARTNERSHIPS INTERN role starting January 2027. You will support talent collaboration across global brands, coordinate with Brand & Market teams, and help draft briefs and benchmarks.

The internship includes a gross salary and Coursera access, with a strong emphasis on culture and partnerships. Ideal candidates pursue a master’s degree in culture, have experience in partnerships—preferably in music or culture—are fluent in English,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in culture (fashion, sport…).
• Appetite for culture subjects.
• Previous professional experience in partnerships, preferably in music or cultural industry.
• Fluent in English and skilled in French.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, agile and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Talent collaboration: support strategic recommendations of artist, celebrity, brand, and sports while answering a precise brand brief.
• Benchmark across competitors and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Brand & Market) and partners.
• Follow-up on different projects and support on strategic planning.
• Contribute to Talent & Partnership Methodology: develop brand guidelines and share trends.
• Monitor and report opportunities; support partnerships implementation & execution.
• Draft agency briefs, internal presentations, and benchmarks.
• Support strategic recommendations for global partnerships (Events, Brands, Media Partnerships).
• Monitor industry trends and opportunities.
