Generare in Paris is seeking a communications professional to shape our story and raise our profile with audiences, journalists and partners. You will own campaigns, craft copy and drive media outreach, working closely with founders and scientists to translate complex science into compelling narratives.

We welcome 3–5 years in communications, PR, or brand roles in biotech or science-driven settings, with strong English writing skills, creativity and a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Around 3–5 years in communications, PR, marketing or brand building.
• Experience in biotech, techbio or another science-driven company.
• Creative with ability to find angles that engage audiences.
• Strategic judgement to identify who to reach and why it matters.
• Hands-on: writing, content creation, pitching stories and campaigns.
• Resourceful when briefs are unclear or budgets are tight.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Curiosity about science and detail-oriented storytelling.
• Evidence of initiative with tangible ideas to share.

Responsabilités

• Own our communications strategy and storytelling for Generare.
• Write copy, pitch journalists and launch campaigns with impact.
• Collaborate with founders and scientists to shape the narrative.
