Núami seeks a Senior Leader to own the industrialisation strategy from pilot to first commercial supply. You will be the technical spine of the Bioprocess organisation, translating science into a robust, scalable platform from cell line management through upstream, downstream and formulation to first commercial supply.

Reporting to the CTO, you will build and lead a technical team, define the scale-up roadmap, and drive capex decisions for facility and equipment, ensuring regulatory dossier

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with 10+ years in industrial bioprocess or biomanufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across upstream/downstream.
• Proven track record in multi-figure capex manufacturing scale-up projects.

Responsabilités

• Define Núami's industrialisation roadmap from pilot to first commercial supply.
• Lead End-to-End bioprocess development across upstream, downstream, analytics and automation.
• Oversee capex/opex planning and technoeconomic analysis for scale-up.
