Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security, based in La Défense (Courbevoie), seeks a Product Manager to drive a portfolio from strategy to market launch, collaborating with R&D, Sales, Marketing and customers. You will bridge market needs with technical teams to deliver high-value biometric solutions.

Responsibilities include defining vision, roadmap, and launch strategies; leading multi-disciplinary teams; and ensuring compliance with biometric and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B hardware/software product management.
• ,
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of optical or biometric technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, positioning and roadmap.
• Lead development with R&D, Sales, Marketing and customers.
• Define functional and technical requirements (hardware, firmware, software, SDK).
• Monitor product performance and ensure regulatory compliance including biometric and data protection requirements.
