• Lead trading activity across the regional biomass sector, including wood pellets and renewable fuels.
• Identify and capture profitable opportunities through market analysis.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from deal sourcing to execution.
• Build and maintain supplier and client relationships for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance for seamless delivery.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Proven track record in physical commodity trading (biomass, renewables, or comparable sectors).
• Strong knowledge of European biomass or energy markets.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow commercial pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to travel across the region and work with CRM/trading systems.
