Qualifikationen
- PhD in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Physiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology biomarker programs.
- Expertise in biomarker assay development and validation strategies.
Aufgaben
- Define biomarker measurement strategies and select CROs or internal labs.
- Lead biomarker assay plans from preclinical stages through clinical development.
- Define and ensure a fit-for-purpose analytical validation strategy for biomarkers.
- Provide scientific expertise on genomics, proteomics, IHC, and flow cytometry.
- Collaborate with project teams, CROs, and stakeholders to deliver assays.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging biomarker technologies.
- Contribute to biomarker strategy discussions and cross-functional decisions.
- Ensure biomarker activities align with development timelines and project goals.
