Job summary

Institut Curie in Orsay invites applications for an Assistant Engineer (AE) in biology to contribute to the development of therapeutic molecules. Qualifications

• Experience with culturing adherent cell lines and performing cytotoxicity assays.
• Proficiency in IP1 dosage tests, proliferation and invasion assays, and RT-qPCR.
• Ability to analyse experimental data and contribute to project progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the culture of adherent cell lines (BS2).
• Perform cytotoxicity tests.
• Perform IP1 dosage tests.
• Perform proliferation and invasion tests.
• Carry out RNA extraction and downstream analyses (RT-qPCR).
• Collaborate with researchers to analyse data and advance the project.
