Lesaffre, a global leader in fermentation, is seeking a Technical & Sales Biogas Manager for the EMEAI region. You will report to the Global Biogas Manager and drive the biogas business across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

Based in Lille area or another Lesaffre/Phileo European office, you will build a strong pipeline, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop local account plans with key customers. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in anaerobic digestion.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and negotiate contracts.
• Entrepreneurship, creativity and customer-oriented problem solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with analytical and synthetic mindset.
• Fluent English required; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage Biogas business in the EMEAI region per strategy.
• Secure strong opportunity pipelines, manage projects and report to management.
• Maintain customer intimacy and coordinate with local functions.
• Create local account plans and execute marketing campaigns with budgets.
• Document customer data in CRM and adapt processes for SA organization.
