Job summary

ERM France is seeking a motivated Intern to support the Capital Projects Delivery team from January 2027 to the end of June 2027. The role is based in Paris and involves working on Nature & Water strategies, ESDD and ESIA, with exposure to an international client base.

We welcome final-year students seeking a graduate internship with potential long-term opportunities. On-site presence is required five days a week, and you will join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team of consultants.

Qualifications

• Master's student in environmental science or related field.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
• Interest in Nature frameworks, biodiversity management.
• Languages: French and English, level C1.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You MUST be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capital Projects Delivery team in Paris on biodiversity and water strategies.
• Contribute to Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) and ESIA work.
• Assist in regulatory permitting for capital projects and business development support.
