Une entreprise internationale dans le secteur des soins de la peau recherche un Regional Marketing Manager pour la marque BIODERMA. Ce rôle clé impliquera de soutenir les équipes régionales dans l'exécution stratégique des marques et de collaborer avec divers intervenants. Vous devez avoir une solide expérience en marketing dermo-cosmétique et être capable de naviguer entre les besoins des marchés locaux et les ambitions globales.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 8+ années en marketing dermo-cosmétique.

NAOS, a major international stakeholder in Skincare, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager – Europe (BIODERMA) , in full-time permanent contract (CDI) from as soon as possible ( Q3 2025 ).

Inside the European Marketing team, you are a key regional partner for our European countries, acting as the link between affiliates and global brand teams, to deploy brand strategy, support performance, and ensure consistency of execution across the region.

Regular business travel within Europ e is expected as part of this position.

In this context, your main missions are the following :

  • Support countries in the annual budget and 3-year strategic planning process
  • Ensure bottom-up feedback and insights from markets are shared with global brand teams
  • Guide regional teams in aligning with brand equity and strategic priorities

Operational Excellence & Execution

  • Follow and analyze product and campaign performance to inform future activations
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, guide investment allocation, and support local adaptations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (digital, communication, regulatory, RGM...)

Community Animation & Collaboration

  • Lead the European marketing community : webinars, workshops, best-practice sharing
  • Drive regional engagement and facilitate cross-country collaboration
  • Animate country-specific initiatives and support regional innovation projects

Skills

You are strategic & collaborative, which will allow you to navigate between local market needs and global brand ambitions?

You have strong experience in dermo-cosmetics marketing (8+ years) as well as a proven ability to lead cross-functional and international projects?

You are interested in regional development, brand strategy, and glocal execution?

You are sensitive to market dynamics, consumer insights, and long-term brand equity?
