BSI is seeking a French-speaking Billing Specialist on a 9-month maternity cover to join our UK-based finance team hybrid role. The successful candidate will handle French invoicing, queries, and billing processes, contributing to accurate revenue capture in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include issuing pro rata and annual invoices, handling inquiries, and maintaining high service levels. Fluent French and experience in manual billing are essential.

• Good numerical skills and experience of using Excel with the confidence to make tables and understand them.

• An aptitude to understand and assist with accounting entries.
• Ability to respond to queries politely and promptly, dealing effectively with challenging situations.
• Proactive and organised mindset in ensuring that billing is accurate to minimise queries or errors.

Responsabilidades

• Logging and distributing queries to the correct area of BSI and following up as necessary to enable a speedy resolution to clients' queries.
• Issuing pro rata and yearly AMF invoices and supporting incoming queries.
• Dealing with day-to-day correspondence from clients, ensuring prompt responses.
• To work as part of the billing team to ensure that all documents are raised promptly and accurately, and in accordance with the internal SLA's.

Job Title: Billing Specialist - French Speaking (9 Month Maternity cover)

Location: UK (Hybrid)

The base salary for this position starts from 28 050,00 GBP annual gross annually

About The Role

We are growing our Finance Team and have a fantastic opportunity for a French speaking Billing Specialist to join us initially on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is a dynamic role where you'll support the billing activities and inquiries for our French office.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a fast-paced finance team with prior billing experience as you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely customer billing. You'll also have exceptional customer service skills as you'll be handling invoice queries and credit notes to ensure that revenue and debtors are accurately recorded.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
