Overview

Job Description: Bilingual Solar Sales Consultant – Spanish Speaking. Trinity Solar is a leader in the residential solar industry, focused on understanding customer needs, delivering top-notch service and support on installations, and contributing to a cleaner planet. The role targets growth in solar sales with uncapped commissions and paid training.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and warm leads generated through marketing efforts and Field Team.
  • Conduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points, challenges, and goals of potential customers.
  • Listen actively and ask relevant questions to gather comprehensive information.
  • Present solutions that address the prospect\'s identified needs and align with their objectives.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Maintain focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information from interactions with prospects.
  • Continuously prospect for new leads and opportunities within the designated territory to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Customize demonstrations to highlight features most relevant to the prospect\'s needs.
  • Address questions and concerns during and after demos to maintain interest and move the sales process forward.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven inside/outside sales experience in relevant industries is highly desirable (e.g., Automotive, Construction and Remodeling).
  • Ability to self-generate business through various techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently over-achieve quota.
  • Strong phone and in-home presence.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and video conferencing tools.
  • Reliable transportation (own vehicle) and cell phone with data plan.
  • Effective listening with strong presentation capabilities; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
