Diabolocom is seeking a Software Support Specialist in Paris to join the fast-paced Support division. You will collaborate with the Head of Support and technical teams to resolve client issues across multiple channels, balancing ticket triage, analysis and direct resolution.

The role emphasizes strong communication in French and English, a customer-service mindset, and willingness to share knowledge within a growing, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
• Strong sense of service and ability to troubleshoot.
• Autonomy and curiosity in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle support tickets at level 1 and 2 via email, phone, and ticketing tool.
• Classify and prioritize tickets with a methodical approach.
• Resolve standard cases using templated responses and FAQ.
• Analyze technical tickets using logs, DB and diagnostic tools; escalate when needed.
• Follow up on resolutions with clients in coordination with Product/Tech teams.
• Share knowledge with the team to improve overall handling.
