Job summary

SAP IT Business Systeme in Levallois-Perret is offering an apprenticeship with the General Business team. Start date is January 2027 for a 2-year program, located at Tour SAP, 35 rue d'Alsace. You will work on real sales activities and contribute to revenue-generating work with mid-sized customers.

You will support managers, process orders (On-Premise and Cloud), maintain CRM data, and assist partner relations in a hands-on commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Student ready to contribute to a commercial team while you study (≤140 chars).
• Curious, collaborative, and a clear communicator with creative problem solving (≤140 chars).
• Fluency in French and English required for this role (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Support sales managers in managing customer accounts and developing commercial proposals.
• Process orders for On-Premise and Cloud products, including upsell opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain CRM data to keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage updates to the customer and prospect database in SAP Harmony.
• Support partner relations including monitoring payments, unblocking accounts, and invoicing for partner contracts.
