Job summary

SAP IT Business Systeme in Levallois-Perret seeks an apprentice to assist the General Business team with mid-sized and Net New Name accounts. You will support sales managers, process orders for On-Premise and Cloud products, and keep CRM data up-to-date.

Based at Tour SAP, 35 rue d'Alsace, 92300 Levallois-Perret, this 2-year apprenticeship starts January 2027 and is remunerated under the SYNTEC collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Student ready to contribute to a commercial team while you study.
• Curious, collaborative, and a clear communicator with creative thinking.
• Fluency in French and English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support sales managers in managing customer accounts and developing commercial proposals.
• Process orders for On-Premise and Cloud products, including upsell opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain CRM data to keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage updates to the customer and prospect database in SAP Harmony.
• Support partner relations, including monitoring payments and invoicing for contracts.
