Position: Bilingual Receptionist

Our Embrun office is looking for a bilingual Receptionist to join the Internal Administration team. The responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors, routing calls, and directing inquiries to the proper department or individuals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing mail and courier requirements, including maintenance of reports for tracking.
  • Ensuring reception area is opened/closed appropriately, including setting security requirements during nights and holidays.
  • Booking boardrooms, coordinating catering, and setting up/cleaning meeting rooms.
  • Receiving and processing payments, including cheque deposits and credit card transactions.
  • Drafting and distributing facilities communications.
  • Managing the security system, building maintenance requests, office equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintaining the front desk, reception area, meeting rooms, and kitchen in an organized and professional manner.
  • Providing phone coverage for additional offices and local support for the administration team.
  • Performing various other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills for data entry and analysis.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment, with multitasking abilities.
  • Office Administration diploma or similar education is an asset.
  • Cheerful outlook and high energy personality.
  • Well-organized with an eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player.
  • Office administration training or experience is an asset.
