Bilingual Executive Assistant CDI - Paris 8th Arrondissement M/F

Are you looking to gain experience in a prestigious company in the consulting sector? In this company, you will be at the heart of the action, supporting high level Directors.

Join a dynamic and multicultural team as a bilingual Executive Assistant. As the hardworking and trustworthy assistant of several Managing Directors, you will play a key role in organising their daily lives at work.

Your role:
  • Administrative management: Your main responsibility in this international company is managing complex and ever-changing schedules which will take up 80-90% of your time. This includes organising meetings, all while adapting to different time zones and last-minute changes.
  • Travel management: You will manage travel abroad and orchestrate each and every logistical aspect of work trips including buying plane and train tickets, booking hotels, anticipating any visa requirements, and managing logistics from a distance.
  • Confidentiality: You will guarantee the confidentiality of any sensitive information that is shared with you, and you will work with extreme discretion, all while maintaining an unparalleled quality of work.
Your profile:
  • Your role requires being flexible, proactive, and autonomous, knowing how to effectively juggle multiple priorities, and organising your time in order to be as efficient as possible.
  • You are looking to perfect your language and communication skills in a stimulating and bustling international environment.
  • You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, which is essential for working in this multicultural business.
  • You have perfectly mastered office tools (Pack Office) and can manage complex administrative tasks with ease.
Additional information:

Salary: 57K€ annually + bonus

Working remotely: Three days a week after the trial period
