Your Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for users, handling a range of queries and providing exceptional support in your native language. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the companys reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, chat, or email
Resolve inquiries related to products, orders, accounts or technical issues
Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high service standards
Adapt to new tools and systems quickly to support a variety of projects
Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams to improve performance
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the values of cultural diversity
What We Are Looking For
Fluent in one of the required languages + English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to relocate to Greece (with full support provided)
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
For some projects : higher technical skills or B2B cloud experience
For specific roles : Minimum age of 21 years
