Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Technical Advisor to join our team in Athens on-site. This role offers full relocation support, including flight and hotel arrangements, with ongoing assistance to secure a long-term home and integrate into an international work environment.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, provide technical troubleshooting, and maintain customer records while delivering excellent service and solutions to common questions.

• Basic typing skills (20 WPM+)
• High school diploma or higher
