Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services in Paris is seeking a Technical Account Manager (English, French) to guide enterprise cloud transformations. You will lead Google Cloud adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements.

You will engage with C-Suite and IT stakeholders, drive roadmaps, and help customers scale their cloud journeys while aligning with business goals. Strong communication in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years in a customer-facing role driving technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, or IT consulting.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and French for client relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the adoption of Google Cloud by guiding the technical implementation journey and managing timelines.
• Coordinate across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to create roadmaps and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Plan customer events and launches with Support, Engineering and SRE to ensure success.
• Create best practices and assets from engagements to support partner-led expansion.
