Une entreprise internationale oeuvrant dans divers secteurs recherche un assistant administratif bilingue (français/anglais) pour son client à Paris. Le candidat idéal devra gérer des demandes, offrir un support logistique et avoir une maîtrise renforcée des langues et des outils bureautiques. Qualifications

  • Anglais et français courants - TOEIC 900 requis ou équivalent.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office).
  • Expérience dans la gestion des installations.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer et surveiller les demandes via JIRA et les redistribuer aux départements appropriés.
  • Fournir un support administratif et logistique pour l'organisation de diverses réunions.
  • Gestion des stocks et vérification des fournitures de bureau.
  • Rédaction de rapports.

We are recruiting a bilingual administrative assistant (French/English) for our customer in Paris

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following activities, among others:

  • Managing and monitoring requests via JIRA and redistributing them to the appropriate departments
  • Providing administrative and logistical support for the organisation of various meetings
  • Stock management and checking of office supplies
  • Reporting
Successful Candidate
  • Fluent English and French - TOEIC 900 required or equivalent
  • Proficiency in standard IT tools (Pack Office)
  • Experience in facility management
