The product and team:

You will improve customer experience by building a real-time data product based on customer activities. Our data product enables Swisscom to gain insights into the customer journey, a cross-channel collection of customer activities, and allows other teams within Swisscom to answer questions like: How to improve customer experience and Swisscom processes? What patterns lead to purchases or successful support cases? Is the online channel attracting more customers?

As a Big Data Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain distributed data streaming applications using open-source technologies on our existing big data platform.
• Play a crucial role in migrating our product to AWS and maintaining its operations afterward.
• Design scalable architectures, identify, and implement new product ideas.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and share your expertise within an agile team to drive continuous improvement.
