Siemens Energy is seeking a proactive Gas Services Sales Operations professional to support bid management, contract administration, and negotiation for the Nordics, Western, and South West Europe regions.

You will shape pre-sales documents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate CRM records while driving data-based decisions using Power BI and Salesforce. Fluency in English and 2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in contract management, bid preparation, or similar sales operations role.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop pre-sales contract strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Structure and prepare comprehensive proposals, bid documents, and tender responses.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external customers.
• Maintain accurate bid, proposal, and contract records in CRM and analyze key metrics.
• Contribute to process improvements within sales operations.
