We are looking for an experienced Proposal & Bid Manager to join our growing team and lead our tender and proposal activities, especially targeting government and public sector clients. In addition, you will be responsible for leading our responses to publicly funded innovation projects, typically at the EU (EU Horizon / EIT Urban Mobility) or national level.

You will be instrumental in helping Vianova expand its presence through strategic bid management, exceptional writing, and compelling product storytelling.

What You Will Do

1. Manage the full bid lifecycle: from opportunity identification, qualification, and response strategy to submission and post-submission debriefs.
2. Own and write high-quality tenders and proposals for government and public sector clients (Europe, Middle East, North America).
3. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to craft impactful narratives that showcase our technology solutions.
4. Be treated as a member of Vianova's sales team, with commissions based upon the value of contracts won, as well as a quota.
5. Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal assets, case studies, and templates.
6. Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and provide creative, competitive answers that differentiate Vianova.
7. Improve processes and share best practices to continually raise the quality and win rate of our bids.
8. Represent Vianova's mission and vision for smarter, safer cities through every proposal delivered.
