A dynamic technology company in Caen is seeking a Bid Manager to supervise and participate in the response to tenders. The role involves coordinating tender preparations, writing bilingual content, and analyzing past tender submissions to enhance success rates. The Sales team offers robust onboarding support. Ideal candidates have experience in tender management and strong analytical skills.
You will join our Sales team as a Bid Manager. Your main task will be to supervise and participate in the response to French and international tenders. More precisely, you will be in charge of:
Monitor French and international tenders and select the tenders to which Sinay will respond,
Coordinate the preparation of responses to tenders,
Write content in French and English and select existing content,
Gather all the necessary documents to respond to the tender,
Analyze of successful and unsuccessful tenders to improve the quality of bidding and the rate of successful tenders.
Communicate with technical teams to gather technical and commercial information.
