Our Brakes & Couplers Division is actively looking for a Bid Manager (m. / f.) to join its sales team (20 people).

Your main missions :

  1. Lead the tender process from gate “Go / No Go” until gate “order lost” / ” order won hand over to project management.”
  2. Coordinate the tender team (Tech sales and Sales) along with other departments (procurement, quality, engineering, supply chain, …).
  3. Ensure Data quality in Salesforce CRM.
  4. Prepare profit margin and risk analysis based on winning price assumptions and cost input.
  5. Monitor & Report: regular check on data completeness & reliability, reporting to Sales, Division and Corporate Management.

Profile required :

Seniority : minimum of 2 years of experience, experienced profiles are welcome.

Experience required in : Project Management (in engineering or in sales).

Hard skills : profit margin analysis, team coordination.

Soft skills : team player, rigor, agility.

Languages : good command of English.

Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
