BIC World in France seeks a B2C Sales Intelligence & Perfect Store Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Revenue Growth teams. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance tools to optimize sell-in, distribution, visibility, and in-store conversion across the B2C channel.

The role requires 5+ years in sales analytics, fluent English, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analytics, or Sales Support functions.
• Fluent English and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; experience with CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Sales Forecasting: maintain the forecasting tool and coordinate weekly process.
• Monitor BIC France sales force activity, targets and incentives for B2C channel.
• Create data-sharing solutions for B2C channel.
• Monitor Back Margin management and data quality support.
• Manage Perfect Store & Retail Execution programs and in-store trackers.
• Support SFA tools and image recognition tool.
• Train commercial teams in analytics tools like Power BI.
