Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and deliver data projects globally. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources to gather requirements, build conversion objects, and add value throughout all project phases. You will leverage your data skills and our platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions that maximize customer value.

As part of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our platform to meet client needs.

Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Show knowledge of technical data structures and definitions relevant to assigned process areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Utilize experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
• Work with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
