Job Description

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team and deliver data projects globally. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources to gather requirements, build conversion objects, and generate value throughout all project phases. You will utilize your data skills and the Syniti platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum customer value.

As part of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise with our platform to meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant (after initial training)

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
2. Show solid knowledge of technical data structures and definitions relevant to your assigned process areas.
3. Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications.
4. Contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues.
5. Create and maintain data load programs.
6. Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliation processes.
7. Gain experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
8. Possess database experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
