Role: As a Data Consultant, you will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources to gather requirements, build conversion objects, and add value throughout all project phases. You will utilize your data skills and Syniti’s platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum customer value. You will also develop data migration rules, reports, and execute data loads and reconciliations, with experience in ETL, data migration, quality, and analysis, along with database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

After training, a Senior Consultant is expected to:

• Demonstrate understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology
• Show knowledge of technical data structures and definitions
• Develop migration rules and reports
• Contribute to data migration design through analysis and collaboration
• Create and maintain data load programs
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations
