Job Description

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients across the globe. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will:

1. Work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases.
2. Use your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess and iterate through design, build, and deployment, ensuring the highest customer value.
3. Execute against best practices for successful business transformation as a member of the Syniti Data Migration team.

Responsibilities of a Senior Data Consultant

After an initial training period, a Senior Consultant will be expected to:

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
2. Show strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process areas.
3. Develop data migration rules and reports in Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications.
4. Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues.
5. Create and maintain data load programs.
6. Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
7. Possess experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
8. Have database experience, such as with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
