Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and deliver data projects globally. As a Data Consultant, you will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources to gather requirements, build conversion objects, and add value throughout all project phases.

You will utilize your data skills and our platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum client value. As part of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our platform to meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Show knowledge of technical data structures and definitions related to assigned process areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Gain experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
• Possess database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
