We are looking for a new team member in the role of

Workcell Quality Supervisor (m/f/d) - 100%

Location: Bettlach (SO), Switzerland

Type of Contract: Permanent employment

Start date: June 1st, 2025, or in alignment with the candidate’s availability

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage a team of quality engineers, supporting production by preparing and revising quality control documents, recommending quality control tools and methods, assessing nonconforming products, and supporting quality issues.
2. Oversee the nonconformity process: assess nonconformities, participate in investigations, recommend product dispositions, and advise on corrective and preventive actions.
3. Prepare, maintain, and analyze quality KPIs to prioritize tasks and provide recommendations to management.
4. Lead internal and external meetings to report on nonconformities, CAPA, and improvement efforts KPIs, such as Quality System Management Review.
5. Lead product and process improvement initiatives using CAPA and Kaizen methodologies.
6. Provide production and quality data necessary for regulatory authorities’ dossiers and requests.
7. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external audits.
8. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop the quality engineering team; define objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals, or Mechanical fields.
• Fluent in English and German.
