Join us where your career is a force for good!
Joining the American Red Cross is a unique experience; it’s as much about how you feel as what you do. You become a vital part of the world's largest humanitarian network, joining a team of welcoming, exceptional yet unassuming individuals. Our diverse yet united community grows careers within a movement that makes a difference—helping communities, aiding individuals, and changing lives for the better.
As a force for good, you'll have mentors to support your growth along a meaningful career path. Your work aligns with a mission bigger than ourselves. While caring for others, you'll also be cared for through competitive pay and benefits. We respect who you are outside of work as much as what you do at work.
You will be the first point of contact for benefit escalations, HR inquiries, and guidance on plan provisions, including Health and Welfare, Defined Benefits, and Defined Contribution plans. The analyst will also focus on continuous improvement in benefits administration.
Your primary responsibilities include reviewing employee communications, client acceptance testing, resolving HR tickets, researching and responding to appeals, data analysis, and conducting audits. You should be able to analyze data, predict trends, summarize findings, and make recommendations.
This role can be located anywhere; however, if on the West Coast, you must be willing to work primarily East Coast hours (i.e., 6 of 8 hours).
