BELGIQUE - Technical Superintendant Junior - M/F

Within our recently established and rapidly growing offices in Belgium, we are focusing on Cyber Security, Mine Countermeasures, and Services. To support our growth, we are seeking a Junior Technical Superintendent M/F Vessel Maintenance for our office in Zeebrugge.

As a Junior Technical Superintendent Vessel Maintenance M/F, you will ensure that vessels and equipment are technically operational at all times.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

  1. Coordination of multiple technical maintenance and repair works.
  2. Verification of reports, repair lists, and request forms.
  3. Monitoring ongoing and upcoming works, problem reports, and spare parts requests.
  4. Preparing repair and renovation projects.
  5. Performing stock management.
  6. Reserving dry docks and liaising with local subcontractors.
  7. Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental policies are implemented.
  8. Serving as a technical liaison between vessel crew and shore support teams.
  9. Coordinating with the Naval Group technical teams in France.

Profil

What about you?

  • You hold a Master's degree in engineering sciences or industrial sciences in Mechanics/Electromechanics.
  • You are an organized, multidisciplinary talent with a high degree of autonomy.
  • You possess good technical knowledge and a passion for engineering.
  • You are interested in working within the maritime defense industry.
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
