L'Oréal is accelerating its Beauty Tech journey and seeks a Technico-Functional Product Manager to drive the digital roadmap for raw materials within a focused team. You will work with chemists and IT to deliver user-centered applications from digital conception to lab fabrication.

Apply agile methods, ensure reliable data access, and uphold architecture standards while collaborating across functions to maximize business value and impact in a global setting.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods, UX and Design Thinking.
• Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies (AI, Cloud, DevOps).

Responsabilidades

• Identify, challenge and prioritize business needs in collaboration with product owner.
• Design new applications based on user centricity to deliver maximum business value.
• Lead projects in Agile, think MVP.
• Implement and promote project management best practices.
• Build, deliver, and maintain multiple applications to maximize value for users.
• Supervise development teams and ensure architecture guidelines are followed.
• Perform and/or supervise unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report on project status and risks.
