Qualifications

• Cosmetics industry knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong interest in consumer marketing, the Internet, and social media.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic startup environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a significant advantage.
• Analytical mindset and synthesis skills for analysis.
• Project management skills including versatility, accuracy, and proactivity.
• Excellent language skills (spelling and grammar).
• Bachelor's or progressing Master's degree from a university or business school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer reviews and conversations analysis for the cosmetics brands across the web.
• Carry out ad-hoc marketing studies (categories, brands, products, usage, influencers) from social web data.
• Monitor market trends and cosmetic industry news to create infographics and trend content.
• Support updates for internal platform used by L’Oréal's Consumer Service France and generate recurring reports.
• Categorize brands and products for the database and assist in optimizing the review interface.
