Sephora in Limoges is seeking a Specialist to actively manage and improve the store's performance across makeup, skincare, fragrance and Sephora Collection. You will monitor KPIs, coach the team, and ensure customer journeys meet our standards.

You will collaborate with departments, support daily activities, and contribute to events and promotions, driving a high-energy, inclusive in-store experience.

• Experience in KPI management for retail teams.
• Ability to monitor store performance and drive actions.
• Strong people development and training skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).
• Monitor team performances and define corrective actions.
• Develop team members' skills and talents.
• Ensure quality standards of makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection.
• Train on technical skills and guide daily activities.
• Coordinate with Trade & Communication for events and happenings.
