Addmind is seeking a friendly, attentive waiter to join the Be Beach team for a seasonal role. You will deliver high-quality service, present menus, upsell items, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced beach club setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in F&B, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication. Evening, weekend, and daytime shifts are required in a vibrant, guest-focused environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar F&B service role.
• Strong product knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktails; excellent communication and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Anticipate guest needs and address requests or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate.
• Coordinate with runners, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process orders, bill guests, and handle payments in line with company procedures.
• Report any guest feedback, complaints, or notable incidents to management promptly.
